Voices of Our Place
Stories of family, history, love, adventures, and misadventures as told by the people of our area

The Questa Public Library is excited to announce the first “Voces de Nuestro País” (Voices of Our Place) story-sharing event at Questa Library on October 11, 2 – 4 pm. Come enjoy stories of family, history, love, adventures, and misadventures as told by the people of our area. On the second Saturday of each month, featured guests will be invited to share their stories at Questa Library. Michael Rael will host and curate this monthly gathering in collaboration with Voices of the Northern Rio Grande and Questa Library. Stories from these gatherings will become part of the digital community archive and be available to listen to via the library and online at QuestaStories.org.
Voices of the Northern Rio Grande, Questa Public Library and Manitos Community Memory Project. Voices of the Northern Rio Grande is a program of Localogy, a local nonprofit 501(c)3 that functions as a program-based community foundation in our rural area. Learn more about the community archive and listen to stories from community members at QuestaStories.org.
Come listen and look on October 11th from 2-4pm at Questa Library, as we kick-off “Voces de Nuestro País” our monthly story-sharing sessions. We hope you can join us! The new historical photos and Memory Wall display will be up through February 2026.
